A book that truly irritates me...

So after reading Julie & Julia I found that Julie Powell had just come out with a new one about her delving into the butchery field. I thought- wow that sounds amazing- and picked it up. I am tempted just because I liked Julie and Julia so much, but must say your irritation is so palpable (and entertaining) that I think I should spare myself the same.

Don't do it! I finished it and the last 5 pages she gained just a tad bit of my self respect back, but the book itself is... awful. I still pretty much hate her.

But Julie & Julia? Awesome book!

I keep randomly bumping into V&K now that they live down the street from me. I keep meaning to have them say hi for me, but I always forget.
