Sleep schedule is messed up again, which doesn't bode well for next week when.. wait for it.. I have a normal job! It's a week-long assignment doing the borrrrinnnggg receptionist work I swore I would never do again. But it's steady money and it gives me a chance to take a week off from the night job, which will be glorious.

Vince moves in on the 25th, and this weekend Andru and I need to kick it into high gear and get the spare bedroom cleaned out and ready for him. Nic is coming over on Friday to start the framing of the doorway for the porch. Hope this works out. :/ For whatever reason, I'm nervous about it. I'm also nervous that we're going to put up the siding and it's not going to be as close together as Andru remembers- and I think one of the openings by the pond didn't even have siding cut for it. Gar! It will be glorious once this project is done, but until then I'm going to be worried that it won't happen. In that case, I'm throwing all our pets into cages and setting them loose on the Sandy where they can live like the wild animals they were meant to be. (Just kidding... sortof.)

I'll probably be heading to ND around the first, though that might get pushed back since I just realized that the first is only twelve days away! I need to decide soon. I really don't want to go, even if someone goes with me, but if the money is good there again... well, then I don't really have a choice. Sigh.

Yes, I've been playing a lot of WoW and I love the geekery of it. But I've been playing more than I actually want to, mainly because I don't want to sit on the couch and watch TV and I don't currently have any books to read. WoW has become my new cable TV. If I go to ND, I will be staying a motel with internet and I will be playing A LOT of it. It will be my lifeline to sanity. I almost wish I hadn't agreed to take the job next week so I could just GO to ND and get it over with. I think I'm going to schedule myself for a week there, but if the money is good I'll stay another. Luckily train tickets are a lot easier and cheaper to change than airline tickets.
