Many thanks to
unlimystic , aries and death_angel/ kurei for fulfiling my wish of a birthday shoot! Although the character was a last-minute change but what the heck... I've always wanted to hold a photoshoot during my birthday period ever since i got into the hobby (go figure how long it's been) but was never able to do so because of issues popping up at the very last minute that forced me to postpone it.
But that doesn't matter now!!!
I went ahead with the original change from Hakkai to Sol, due to hair issues brought up in a previous entry... There were supposed to be 5 peeps present for the shoot, 1 model & 4 photographers (them being
unlimystic, aries, death_angel./ kurei & shizu.) In the end, only DA & me arrived first & headed to the Esplanade to prepare first, coz
unlimystic & Aries were gonna be late. Poor Shizu couldn't come at the last minute coz something urgent cropped up at home T_T
In the washroom, i got everything ready & went ahead to put on my red lenses. But the lense stung my eye upon touching the eyeball. I was stuck with a red left eye without glasses. It turned out the solution i brought along to rinse the lenses wasn't suitable for me. To make matters worse, i soaked my normal pair of lenses in the said solution before realizing that! I was left blinded!!! DA offered to rush to the nearby pharmacy to get a bottle of the solution brand i use. So many thanks for her help TwT My eyes were red even after switching solutions.
By the end of all that hoohah, i was like almost 3 hours late for the shoot's scheduled timing. But we still went ahead at a walkway hidden along the Esplanade's river bay until a security guard found us & requested us to stop =x
We still got good shots! They're awaiting editting now, the lighting was horrible there... But here's 1 for preview's sake.
I think i managed to portray his ass...
Th funny thing was as soon as my extension accidentally fall outta my back, the security guard came to chase us off. Talk about warning sign...
After i changed out, we sat down at the riverside for awhile enjoying the wind before heading to Suntec's Pepper Lunch for dinner. I love the place so much, the steak is lurve!!! *w*
We headed over to the arcade after dinner to take a look at the new KOF: Maximum Impact Regulation A. I also played KOF seriously for the first time in my life! Coz i wanted to check out Ash's default alternate costume & see whether my alternate Kula's color scheme appeared. Picked alternate Ash, alternate Kula & Nagase :3
I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE ASH PROPERLY!! *cries*
I was anyhow mashing buttons & combos still came out! All those years of playing GG helped abit...
I got 2 wins against a kid =/
After leaving the arcade, 3 of us (Aries left early to meet someone at PS) went to Macs to slack. By that time, my eyes were feeling so horrible so i took my lenses out. They were SO red! OAO
Feeling paranoid, i went home without glasses or contacts! Felt like some blind person walking with a giant walking cane that is Sol's fireseal...
The left side is still reddish after a night's rest. Gonna head to a doctor if it's still like that on Monday morning... GIMME MC!!!
