A creature watched the girls enter the building and then tilted its head quizzically as the sidecar stopped outside the building. The raider paused briefly at the door and looked into the alleyway as though he sensed the creature lurking there in the shadows. It backed further into the darkness, its cloven hooves soundless on the gritty sand.
