You think I'm too chicken to do it? Ok, then...

I made a new post, but I made it friends-only, just because I've been paranoid lately, so let me know if it doesn't show on your flist page (I'm told it happens often)
And I would like to say/ask a few things, if anyone could help me a bit! :)
1] I will re-do my whole journal, change the layout, the graphics, everything and things might not work properly for a little while, but I'm hoping it will all go smoothly! lol Don't hate me for the inconvenience.
2]I already have a twitter but I made the mistake of following so many things that my new twitters page is flooding and cannot keep up with the tweets my friends post among all the crazy tweets from book bloggers, entertainment stuff and the like!
Can I make a second twitter account or it doesn't allow you to do that with the same email account?
Also, my phone company won't let me have the up so I have to be on my pc to post...is it true for anyone else?
3] Is everyone more on Tumblr or has Tumblr died down a bit since the beginning?
4] Can I make an account at Instagram without a phone? i thought everything could be done through your pc bu now it's all about phones and android! o_O
