Hey everyone...well it is offical now. I am a manager. I am soo tired I tell you. I just got my extra job list. I have kind of cool ones. I am training cooridnator, birthday party coordinator, crew incentives, with my extra cleaning once again lobby and bathrooms. I am kind of excited about it. Last night I was at work till after midnight working on birthday party inventory and that. I still have to do my performance reviews on the crew. It will be cool though. We need to get more people cross-trained. We need to get crew morale up. I just have to figure out some ways in doing this.
