kind of a real update
So I got a raise & double the responsibility at work. They fired the woman who was doing visual in Mt. Pleasant, because well.....the store always looked like shit. That and she would randomly call in late or take the day off without any sort of notice. So now I'm going in between the two stores during the week, which is tough on my body and my 4-legged baby, but it's worth it for the extra money. Oh, and my new mattress is nothing short of amazing. I love working somewhere that lets me buy a $2000 mattress for $750. Life is good.
Brad and his Dad came up yesterday for a few hours after leaving Beaufort (where Brad's grandparents live). We had a picnic lunch down at the Battery, which was wonderful. It was soooo gorgeous yesterday.
