Kelly made a roast yesterday, and oh god is it delicious. It reminds me of my dad's roasts, where the meat is so tender that you can't even cut it because it just falls apart. Oh god, and the homemade mashed potatoes. Kelly is a goddess in the kitchen apparently.

This is definitely the best lunch I've eaten in a long time.

Now I want to be at home even more. One more week.
