Fairy Goodmothers

Fairy Goodmothers is a nonprofit organization in Central Ohio, that donates prom dresses & formal wear to juniors and seniors in high school that cannot afford dresses on their own. Every spring, Fairy Goodmothers holds Cinderella's Boutiques in several cities in Ohio. Once at Cinderella's Closet, each girl fills out a short information form, and *must* present a valid school ID or equivalent (driver's license, etc.) and is assigned a personal shopper. Each girl is presented with one gown per year, and it is hers to keep at no charge.

In 2007, 450 dresses were given to girls from 90 different schools in Ohio, and over 1,200 gently-used and new dresses were donated for the boutiques. Donations of shoes, purses and jewelry are also encouraged! Volunteers and donations for 2008 are always welcome!
