Ed, if I can vouch for Sano, will you believe he's not the wolf you're looking for?

I never thought Sano was the wolf, I think Mori is.

I might be able to prove she's a sheep.

Well, we both know you can't prove anything in this game. But I'll listen to what you have to say, how's that?

I don't know; there are ways.

Ed, what did the e-mail you received from the shepherd say?

"Baah, darling~ <3"

Then you're obviously a sheep. And so is Sano. And Yuusuke.

You know how the shepherd e-mails normally work. If you're a sheep, you get "Sheep." The fact that there's a variation in this round means there's an easier method of verification.

I haven't been able to get in contact with Impulse, but Yuusuke and Sano both had the same e-mail you did. I would be willing to bet that his reply to my question would be different.

I haven't been able to speak to Mori yet, but if her answer is "Baah, darling~", don't you think that would be a good indicator that she's not a wolf?

And it looks to me like the vote is going to be between Impulse and Yuusuke, anyway.

When Impulse and Yuusuke go up, I'll vote for Impulse. I think Urameshi's points were pretty good, and I remember reading what Impulse was like the last time he was a wolf, and it seems similar to me.

But I think using that method to determine who is a wolf and who isn't is pretty cheap. If you're a sheep you have nothing to lose, if you're a wolf you have to find out the answer from another sheep before you can respond, or refuse to respond on grounds of suspicion. But there's a reason that the e-mail is always the same, and it's to prevent this kind of thing. It seems out of the spirit of the game.

Heh. You know, I never really thought of that; even when my total posts and journal comments gave me away as a wolf. But you're right.

Normally, I don't mind cheating to win. But even if this isn't cheating... it just doesn't seem like it'd be as much fun if it was only a game of comparing e-mails.

Heh. I remember one game I used e-mail headers to confirm clues, but I got eaten immediately after I started doing it. I'd trusted a wolf, and they saw what I was doing and how I was doing it, and nipped THAT in the bud.

Yeah, and luckily that kind of stuff really doesn't work after the first time anyway.

And, heh, if it turns out you're a wolf and using this to get a bunch of sheep on your side, I'd have to admit that's pretty clever.

Me too, actually.

Anyway, do you suspect anyone other than Impulse yet?

Now this is going to sound cheap.

I suspect Ari and Nishi both, but not because of the e-mails. I suspected them when Xingba went up to vote.

Ari made a major logical flaw in his response to me when he changed his vote from God to Xingba after saying that now that God was cleared as a sheep, he could vote for Nishi.

..if I change my vote from God to that guy harassing you, there's a chance he and Nishi will go up to vote together. Right now if I change my vote from God to Nishi, there's still a greater chance of the poll going up as God and Uryuu....Now, at the time he said that, Xingba had one vote (me), God had three votes, Yu Long had two votes, and Nishi had two votes ( ... )
