Lupin's statement... it is possible that he was unaware of how his statement could be taken aside from the reference to the colour of the poll's percentage metre, but he has always struck me as a man aware of double meanings.
It does not look good for you, this is true. Aside from your association with me, I am unsure of what you might have done, and I am the only one who seemed to procured suspicion from our talk of last time's alliance, at least at first.
I placed my vote on Cho Hakkai last night; it is an interim vote, and I hardly expect to see him react to the increased pressure, as it were, but... I'd like to see it if he does have one.
No other clues have yet come forth; this either means that Il Palazzo's is definitely genuine, marking himself and Sha-san as sheep, or that a genuine clue is being withheld somewhere, kept between the reciever and the one mentioned in it. With a current lack of evidence towards the latter I will continue to operate on the assumption that the former is accurate. Sha-san and Il Palazzo are, therefore, sheep to my calculations.
That leaves: Mr. Lupin, Ash, Cho-san, Mustang, yourself, Lady, myself, Mr. Kenobi, Sano-san, and Tobias.
I have observed classically "suspicious" behaviour from Lady and Mr. Lupin. Ash is... Ash, as always.
Lady is suspicious in that she has made not a sound, at least that I have observed; from prior observation, some wolves have used this tactic to get past the first day - be utterly silent except for a late-placed comment, and so simply pass under the radar. However, some sheep are occasionally merely late, so it is hardly an indicator in and of itself. Mr. Lupin's suspicious behavior, you have witnessed yourself. He is currently my top suspect for one of the wolves.
Very little to work from, but unfortunately, that is the first day's problem.
Of the others - Ash stated information to Il Palazzo which disqualified him from inclusion in the first clue; most wolves would not behave as such, though it is possible that Ash either had missed the clue being posted, or simply did not feel he should keep silent on that regard. Still, it inclines my thoughts that he may very well be a sheep, though of course it is merely a thought, and not a conclusion.
Cho-san is difficult to tell. His behavior is much the same as ever, and he presented Sha-san's nickname... but as a wolf, the only reasons he might have to not bring it up are to a) avoid drawing attention to himself, b) to leave the potential room that the clue applied to Ash were Ash also a wolf, and c) clear his lover as a sheep so that he could then eat him at his leisure and in good conscience with the tactics of the game which is what all lovers would do right?.
Mustang... I haven't observed enough to know if he is behaving as normal or not. He hasn't said anything unduly suspicious that I observed, nor have he said anything that makes him seem more sheeplike.
You... mm. Well, you know what you are, either way. I am not particularly inclined to believe you wolf, and slightly inclined to believe you sheep - though of course, you could be, ah "pulling the wool over my eyes."
As for myself, I know what I am, and I know that what I am is sheep, but it is, of course, not up to me what others believe about me, yourself included.
Mr. Kenobi... I am slightly inclined to suspect more, but it is not sufficient to worry about for the time being, particularly as I do not know him well enough to know if his behavior is standard for himself or not.
