character; Warrior of Light
series; Final Fantasy 1
age; Mid-twenties. No canon age is given, and in TnT, the assumption will be that he doesn’t know his age.
class; Knight
special abilities; the Warrior of Light is skilled at using his shield for both offense and defense. He also has several light-based attacks called Shining Wave, Shield of Light, Radiant Sword, and Rune Saber.

history;
This is the Warrior of Light’s past. However, in acceptance of Dissidia’s idea, he does not remember any of this, or most everything about his home world. (As shown here. )
personality; The title of “Warrior of Light” is one that describes him very well. He has devoted himself to the Goddess of Harmony, Cosmos, and her cause. He follows her wholeheartedly, almost blindly, in a way that few others are able to. Most would call it foolhardy for him to willingly put so much faith in Cosmos, to the point where his will seems an extension of her own. But the Warrior of Light does not consider it blindly following. Cosmos embodies everything that he believes in, and everything he wishes the world to be. She has proved herself to be a goddess of Light, and because of that he swears his alliance to her, and obeys her almost unfailingly.

The Warrior of Light does seem to see the world differently from his companions- he is able to view it more cleanly, in black and white. To him, there is no fine line between good and evil. Instead, he has allies, and he has opponents. He has a clear purpose in fighting, and no qualms about his enemies. That allows him to continue onwards where his companions would falter, and he constantly strives to better himself in order to help in the fight against chaos.

Not even the Warrior of Light is infallible to doubt, though he might do his best to give the impression otherwise. His missing memory weighs heavily on him. While his companions may have their memories of their pasts to drive him, he cannot even remember his own name. If he dwells on it too much, he even begins to doubt that he had a past, and wonders if he was simply created as a tool for the war between Chaos and Cosmos. He does his best to avoid such thoughts by throwing himself fully into his quests.

More than anything else, the Warrior of Light is a driven man. He makes his entire life revolve around a purpose that he has chosen for himself. Without anything to fight and live for, he is adrift and unbalanced, and uncertain of himself. It even leads to him pushing himself to exhaustion, in an attempt to keep the idle thoughts and concerns from dragging him down. Even if it is simply helping his friends with a problem with their own, the Warrior is very motivated to do things instead of sitting idle.

point in canon; Post Dissidia- immediately before being transported to Castle Cornelia.
place of arrival; Conall Curach/ Qu’s Marsh
starter task?; Yes~!

first person sample;
I must admit that I am hesitant to ask this, but I can no longer wonder silently. I must ask. Do any of the Sky People within this world recognize me?

I apologize for the strangeness of this question, and it does deserve some explanation. I have lost memory of my home world. I do not recall anything about it from the name of the world to any comrades I might have had there. I cannot even remember my name.

For that reason I wondered, since I have been told that there are people from many different worlds present in this realm, if any knew me from their own and could tell me of where I hail, and who I am. Even if it does not spark my own memories, it would be welcome knowledge.

Thank you.

third person sample;
“I will extinguish all Light!” Chaos gestured, and an enormous pillar of flame leaped up around Cosmos, completely engulfing the Goddess of Harmony. He could feel the blistering heat on his face, on his outstretched hand. He wanted to run to her, attack Chaos, do anything, but he felt paralyzed, trapped within his body weakened by Chaos’s attack.

Words caught in the Warrior’s throat. He heard the others shout, and wanted to do the same, but his body felt numb. He couldn’t seem to make himself move. He saw, with a brief moment of agonizing clarity, Cosmos turning to look at her warriors, before being completely engulfed in flames. Then, suddenly, the flames disappeared, and Cosmos was gone.

Dimly, he heard a voice speaking, but it seemed distant, and he couldn’t quite absorb what it meant. Cosmos was gone. She was dead, and had gone willingly to her death at Chaos’s hands. She had known that it would happen, and had done nothing to stop it.

Only a sudden cry from his companions brought the Warrior of Light out of his shocked stupor. He turned, only to see Tidus disappear in a flash of light. The others were being surrounded by that same strange glow, he found, even himself. He opened his mouth to question it, but laughter interrupted him.

He turned to see Exdeath and Kefka standing before them, and no sign of Chaos at all.

“The conflict of the gods has ended. Now you pawns must fade to darkness,” Exdeath said, his deep voice reaching the Warriors of Cosmos clearly.

Kefka added onto the knight’s words with a sinister laugh. “You’re getting what you deserve. After all, Cosmos died- because of what you did!”

“What did you say?” Zidane shouted angrily, but instead of continuing, the thief made a startled sound. When the warrior whirled around to see why, Zidane was gone. Before anything else could be said or done, the others began to vanish as well- First Squall, then Cloud, Terra, Bartz and Cecil all vanished in flashes of light.

The Warrior could feel his strength waning. His legs went weak, and he swayed dizzily for a moment before collapsing to one knee. It felt like something was drawing all of his energy, even his very life out of him.
Through the haze of exhaustion that was creeping over him, he heard Kefka mockingly say, “It’s better that you disappear than to know the brutal truth. Trust me…” If he had had his strength, he would have challenged the clown, but once again he found himself weakened and unable to act.

“Fear not. I will wait until you are gone before I will return the world to the Void.” Exdeath added. The callous dismissal and “pity” from the two warriors of Chaos sparked helpless anger in the Warrior. He raised his head to glare at them as they becan to laugh cruelly.

The last thing he saw was Kefka and Exdeath standing before him. Then, with despair overwhelming his heart, everything he knew faded to black.
