I got up early today, and got the certified letter at the post office. It was from the lawyer of the temporary guardian, stating that he was not going to honor the disclosure request. I was extremely specific, but he still wrote that I was “unspecific” and I’m looking at it as a way to keep information from me, which is against the law. So, I’ll have to find out what you do when someone does not respect a disclosure request. I also asked about why the guardianship trial was rescheduled for January 16th, and he did not answer that question. If the trial had been re-scheduled then I would think the pre-trial has been rescheduled, and I have not gotten anything notifying me of that. So, I’m going to have to send a letter to the Judge’s clerk.
At work, I was asked again to go to Ashburton Place. So, I decided to have lunch before 11:00am, go to Suffolk Court as my “lunch”, and then get the SRB envelope at the McCormick building before I went back to the office.
At court, I had them print out my docket again, and it did not say anything about the bench warrant or another conference. I wrote a motion for another conference last night, and printed it before I went to work. My case file was still with the judge, but I filed the motion for another conference and it was scheduled for the December 27th. I’m going to mail Jen the notification on Friday with a letter saying that, if she has a lawyer, he/she and (if she wants) her can contact me certified mail to agree on a schedule.
Since one of the printouts mentioned, incorrectly, that I had psychological evaluation in November 2006, I went to the family office and asked if there was a G.A.L. report filed. The only G.A.L. report they had was the one for June 2006, which should be the only one they have since that was the only time I’ve been evaluated. There was a pre-report filed in early 2006, but that was not even two pages. The printout did not say that a report was filed, but why it said I was evaluated in November 2006 I’d like to know. Regardless of why this is in my file, it is not correct.
I went to Ashburton place and brought back the SRB check to the office. In the afternoon, I was told I could leave early. I was also told that I may be able to leave early on Friday. So, I left at about 1:30pm. I got my check at the temp office, cashed it, then got a Digorno’s pizza and some chocolate for tomorrow. I watched “Clean” today, and I thought it was cool indie film.
After a Google search, I saw that Sophomore Jinx was being sold on “CD Connection”. I do not think that has anything to do with CDBaby, and I did not send my CD to CD connection. I’m going to call them on Friday and see why my CD is on sale there. But, anyone who wants to buy my CD, only buy it from CD Baby. This seems like proof someone has taken my music and selling it without my permission. There was also a way to download my music off of Yahoo Japan, and I don’t think they have anything to do with CD Baby, but I’ll call CD Baby and ask about that also.
In Fantasy Basketball, Gilbert Arenas is not going to play for three months, so I got his replacement Antonio Daniels. There is another person on Washington, Andray Blatche who has slowly getting more playing time. Unfortunately for Brendon Haywood, I put him in the starting lineup and he sprained his ankle. But Blatche started and had an extremely impressive line. Even when Haywood is healthy, I think he’s going to be a decent forward. I dropped Navarro and Wright. Navarro is not going to give me a lot of fpts because of Stoudamire, and Wright is not going to give me a lot of fpts because of Vince Carter. I should have started McCants instead of Navarro this week, but McCants will be in the lineup next week. Most of my players had extremely low first games, but I’m just looking at it like those were the “bad” games, and the remaining games this week will bring up the averages. Arenas is on my opponent’s team, so he’s not going to have any score for him. But, with Haywood at 11 fpts (and he may not play the rest of the week), and Navarro at 7.5 I still need some productive games from the rest of the team. I said I was going to be a “second half” team, but the first half has to include some wins so the second half means anything. But, I can win this week.
Peace,
-Bill
