Latest victim was a guy who wanted to order an espresso with steamed milk. We asked him if he wanted a latte, explaining that it was made with espresso and steamed milk--that it was the drink he had just described. He gave us a look as if we were stupid, then repeated that he wanted an espresso with steamed milk.
It was hopeless. We made him a latte and charged him for an espresso.
Lately my cat has been licking the walls and floor of my bathroom.
Sometimes I think that combination of cute and stupid occurs just as frequently in cats as it does in humans. Many people have commented that my cat is cute. No one has commented that she's smart.
