Like father, like daughter
Lieselotta has always been a little tomboy. She has inherited Jens’ urge to be active, always storms outside after school to come home hours later all muddy, making her mother sigh in smiling resignation. By the age of nine, she has mastered climbing all the trees in the garden; and whenever Lasse visits, she’ll pester him until he agrees to practice penalties with her.
And when Jens sees little Lotty’s determined face as she awaits her brother’s shot, pigtails bobbing, he can’t help dreaming that one day, there might be another Lehmann in goal for Germany.
