John closes the door and absentmindedly throws his bag on the bed by the window, frowning when it bounces off another bag sitting on what should be his pillow. He shouts out “LAMPS! How many bloody times… I get the bed by the window. Get your shit off” and turns when he hears the unexpected but familiar Scouse in the bathroom, “The fuck, JT? I was here first. Take the other one.”
John sighs, moving his bag to the other bed and finally starting to realize what McLaren meant when he said this was the beginning of a new era.
