I'm not sure about the dressing up and flowers, but Patrick sounds happy, so I'm thinking there will be enough romance for 'em.

He's not marrying a woman - he's marrying a guy named Marty. Don't know him all that well, but from what I've heard, he's a good guy.

the extent of dressing up will be nice tuxes or suits...and I guess nice dresses for the women and girls in attendance....and as far as flowers go, there will be some in the church and on the tables at the reception...
