(no subject)
Today should be interesting at the Weasley home. It's Mr Weasley's birthday and Ginny & Ron have (with my all-things-Muggle know how) bought him a toaster. Our original plan was a microwave, which would've been infinitely cooler for everyone involved, but then we thought it might not be so cool for whatever poor creatures he (innocently enough) sticks inside of it. Too expensive, anyway.
Then we thought of a blender, but they didn't trust him not to stick his hand in it with the blades and all. I think they think too little of their dad's intelligence (I mean, sharp is sharp, wizarding world or not.).
In the end, we decided on the toaster. Ginny has put signs on it to make sure no hands, toes, or ears accidentally get singed and/or melted.
In personal news, the dormitory has been suspiciously quiet as of late. Either I'm being very well ignored or Neville and Harry have become one with the castle--literally. Even more disturbing, however, is the fact that Seamus is just as quiet.
Either something terrible is in the post or they've all gone and got themselves girlfriends.
