Iker/Kaka
Can be AU, I just think they'd make a wonderful pairing. Especially after seeing how they cuddled up on Wednesday :)

Kaka has been secretly in love with Iker, but too afraid to say anything. The truth comes out when Kaka is in feverish states and lets his secrets slip.
The next day he is totally unaware of what he said, Iker can't stop thinking about and he finds himself falling for Kaka. So he decides to do something about it.
Happy ending, yes?
