Well, first off I would like to thank all my wonderful friends for being here for me when I needed it. I'm feeling MUCH better now, and for the large part, it's all because of you. :) This means the world to me.
Me and my Mom worked it out for the most part. She has always been more of a best friend than a Mom, really, and we just talked and decided that it was very much worth keeping it that way. She might not believe I can do all the things I know I CAN and WILL do. We pretty much agreed that I will go my way and do what I have to do and she, if not encourage me, will not discourage me. It's my life, after all.
As a 'make up' thing my Mom took me to Downtown yesterday. We went shopping, though I hate it, and found me a really adorable bathing suit. I needed one anyway. Then we stayed for a fashion show that was taking place there. Let's just say all the practically naked male models cheered me up quite a bit. They're really nice people, too.
Right now I am at my new job, babysitting 3 very adorable children. Matthew - 10, Melissa - 4, and Jeffrey - 15 months old. It's a little more responsibility than what I'm used to doing, but I'm managing just fine. I have to feed them, thus cook, change diapers, take them for walks etc. It's kind of weird because I never actually had to change a diaper before, being an only child and usually babysitting older kids, but it's no big deal. It gives me a very clear idea what it's like to have kids... She pays me 100$ for a few hours, so it's not that bad.
I also have another job for July. It's a really weird one. One of my Mom's friend is leaving for 10 days, and she wants me to come to her house once a day and feed and play with her cat. Also feed the fist and water the plants. She's paying me 200$ to feed her cat fpr 10 days. Not too bad.
Anyway, tomorrow is the Gay Pride Parade - I'm very much looking forward to it. Then Monday is sort of just a day for myself, and my cousin and uncle are coming from Russia on Tuesday. Since then, it's chaos for me. My uncle is only staying for 10 days, and my Mom is ditermined to take him EVERYWHERE in TO you can possibly take a person. Tight... *shudders* scheduale.
