Well, I have been trying to be healthier lately, and it has worked. I have been working out every night and drinking much less pop and a lot more water, getting exercise at work lots of days, and most importantly I have not had any candy since school's been out.
I think I will start drinking water when I'm thirsty and pop maybe just once a day or so. I will eat candy not very often, but when I do I'll make sure I absolutely love it, not just for something to eat. I need to start working out with real weights, but i don't know where.
