I am yet again filled with an overwhelming unrequited love for someone. Not quite a celebrity crush per-say, but another one of those totally-loving-someone-I-don't-really-know-and-can't-and-never-will-have loves.

In case you don't know The Decemberists (a.k.a. are missing out on something magical), Colin's the cutiepie awesome-voice frontman. OHGOD.
Now, I know what you're thinking: talent crush!!! And it is, partly, but it's also more than that.
THANKFULLY, since I've experienced enough to be able to sense this accurately, I do believe that this will be one of those very short-term spurts of love. A quick obsession, and then I'll stabalize back to normality. BUTNOTYET!
P.S. IT'S MOD BREAK!!!! I made it through that endless and horrific Voting & Elections project (create a presidential candidate, write their biography, create their platform, write out five planks for their platform, write their inauguration speech, write and storyboard three campaign ads for them, analyze each ad. I know; holy fuckin shit.), and got through my Writing Short Stories portfolio, and ate an enormous eclair at La Provence with ma classe de francais. I was feeling so not ready for another mod the other day, but now that this one's over and I have relief, I'm actually starting to get really excited for next mod. Can you say....ART AND IDEA, MOTHAFUCKAS!!!!!!! I've basically been waiting my life for this class. And it's this coming mod. SOPUMPED! And Emma and I are going to have the best art-for-profit scheme ever. And someday we're going to be the next big music sensation; just telling you so you can get your napkins ready to be autographed. It will just be us, with maybe some bongo drums, a kazoo, keyboard, guitar, and/or the spoons. Yeahhhh, get excited! I'm basically just in a reeeeally giddy mood right now; a combination of LOVINGCOLINMELOY, the end of the mod, having all of my application materials ready to be sent out, just finally got a haircut (and gabbed away for an hour with my most awesome hairdresser who shares my birthday and is a hilarious woman), having injested chocolate a few hours ago, and just having a sudden spurt of EXCITEMENT AND OPTIMISM TOWARDS LIFE! It's about time I had one of these spurts! I was beginning to let life get me down! (I was walkin' with my mama one day when she warned me what people say; live your life until love is found, or love's gonna get you dooown!)
AND my room is messy, so that means that I get to put on fun music and TIDY OOP, as Ula (sp?) would say. And then once my room is all tidy, I'll feel even BETTER about life!! WOOOO!
