I didn't comment on it myself, but Wolfwood traded his soul to Rosiel to let Doumeki go, and that's as far as I got. I think the kid went out to look for him later that evening, and he got home late. It looks like they didn't find him--you'll have to ask Vash for the details, I think. I was with both Sakuras, so...
