There is this machine at the gym.  I started going to the gym sporadically back in June I think.  Anyway, the first day i tried this machine and my legs were immediately on fire and I could NOT tough it out.  So yesterday I thought I'd try it again and the same thing. Instant fire.  Michael says that it's obviously working some muscle that never sees any action.  I made it a whopping four minutes and had to get off.  I don't know what to do other than maybe get on it for four minutes at a time and work my way up to longer?  It's crazy.

I've decided after a week of assessing all the instructors to do Monday/Friday yoga classes.  I love that woman's class.  There was a sub this week and she was OK but the regular Tues/Thurs teacher I did not enjoy.  My back hurt, I had to modify a LOT and rest a LOT and I just didn't enjoy it.  The M/F class is really challenging but in a good, doable way.  Anyway, I'm wondering whether I need to worry about strength training right now.  I know I shouldn't feel self-conscious but I hate the idea of being in the weight area at this size.
