Anyways, I thought I'd update figuring I woke up at 7:15 for no reason when I had to be up at 8:30...
What a disappointment! It's too bright today! And since when is it light out that early?! Spring is coming!
Life has been just fine and dandy. Few rough patches here and there, but that's norm for everyone.
I'm really down financially, so I had to take out another loan. I didn't get the money yet, but hopefully it comes soon cuz I need to pay rent! Paying all this shit back is gonna suck after graduation. Yuckies.
My internship is going good! Not as cool as I thought I'd be, but everyone is nice and I like being around/a part of the whole legislative process. ;) I feel a little closer to reaching my career goal! lol
School is school. I'm still skipping class a lot even though I vowed to go more this semester. I don't know why I feel the need to lie to myself. I went to one lecture and got an 84 on the test, so I'd like to think I'll be okay. :) I love having COM with the roomies...I'm almost positive I'd kill myself if they weren't there for support. lol Ugh. I get pissed just thinking about our douchebag teacher. It makes for some pretty hilarious jokes, though.
I don't work at Kellogg anymore...thank God. Fuck that place. So now my new mission is to find another job. Oh joy. I've been meaning to go to Big Boy but I just haven't found the motivation yet. Is it beyond pathetic if I work at 3 different ones?! My resume is going to be so diverse! lol
Our Pure Romance party is this weekend. It's gonna be load of sexy fun. I can't wait to meet my new friend!!! We're going to become very close with all our nights of bonding. ;) I think I'll name him Harkin. HAHA
Speaking of Harkin... My sister and I are going to Illinois on April 24th to see Celtic Thunder!!!!!! I'M SO FREAKING EXCITED. Tickets go on sale Friday, but there's a pre-sale on Thursday and I'm definitely skipping class to get on that shit. Front row, baby! lol And since I'll be 21 by then, we're gonna bar it up in Chicago, and hopefully have the boys from CT join us. ;) Ohh, the excitement of what could happen!!!
I'm really excited for Spring Break. Don't really have a reason to be, but I am! I'm hoping some fun things will go on that I'll be able to attend. Perhaps an Econo Lodge party! ROFL
