That ... isn't your fault - sometimes people get upset at one thing, and it turns into being upset at everything around them, or for some reason they have a hard time accepting that others care about them. Try giving her a little space and being patient, or if there's someone she does trust who does seem to be able to talk to her when she's like them, go get them to help. If it's not at you, then try to remember that in those cases it's not that you're a bad Pokémon, she's just upset and might not be thinking.
