[So that night, y'know, Heather and presumably a lot of other people getting ready to head off from Olivine in the morning after all that stormy chaos had all either conked out in the Center or checked into the (distinctly crappier than Goldenrod's, for the record-- PEH) local inn for the night.]
[And in the morning, all would be normal and Heather'

Heather. What is that?

[Guess you won't have to rely on second-hand sources for examples of Silent Hill wtfery for the moment.]
[Heather, for her part, looks angrier than the creature... although when Cooper approaches? It stops investigating the contents of Heather's bag and straightens all the way up, folding its arms. >8( It's watching you Cooper.]
Cooper.
That is an angel.

[At the statement, though, he does a double-take. A long one, before turning back to her and managing to pull off a raised brows/frown combo.]

[Heather just sighs.]
Well, that's why they call it the 'storybook' version... bit different from reality.

Yeah. It is.

And it's ... your guardian angel?

[Although if you wanted to get technical, it wasn't Heather's guardian angel... it belonged to the thing she'd once carried. Realistically put, Valtiel didn't really give much of a crap about Heather herself.]

[Valtiel, meanwhile, is taste-testing Heather's pillow. With a long, wiry black tongue protruding from the back of his head.]

[Another moment of silence, then, except for Valtiel. It takes Coop a little longer to get back into his normal pattern of thinking, but once there, he is pretty good at detaching himself. And since the creature doesn't seem too aggressive, well.]
... How many are there like it?

But there are other gods and angels out there.
[Many gods and angels....]

Not restricted to Silent Hill?
Reply
.... Uh-- ... well, probably not... but I was talking about the ones in... that place.
[There probably WERE other gods... but the only ones Heather knew of, knew were REAL in some way, shape, or form, were the ones of the Order. She'd dealt with the biggie... but there was more wrong with that place than just the god that waited to be born.]
