Art bomb!
I am, of course, not wholly satisfied by any of them, but they represent many man-hours worth of ass-busting, so...
This one grew out of a need to have a suitable background for another piece...
For the next batch, I need to make a brief apology to Ben- I tweaked your Bacon Comics logo- okay, a little more than tweaked. Say rather, "completely redid it." Basically, I needed something that would leave more space for the art. If you like it, I can send you the .tif file.
These are all based on various actual comics covers- I've included the originals so that the interested viewer can contrast and compare.

And finally, someone commissioned this from me in May, then didn't pony up the dough, so I kept it. It was a commission for a Harry Potter fanboy, so that explains the subject matter...
