It must be years since Ive had a nightmare. I think the difference between a shitty dream and a nightmare is the vividness and detail. I had one last night that is still fucking with me. Besides that the rest of my dreams are just fucked. Its really scary to wake up and and need to comb through what is real and what is not. Its surreal and scary as fuck.
