So I was just reading over the terms and conditions for Google's Android Developer Challenge 2, seeing as I might actually have my new app finished (just barely) in time to submit it for the contest (that's assuming they ever tell anybody how to submit apps for the contest, but that's a separate issue)..
I did find the following bit a little amusing:
The Challenge is void in, and not open to residents of, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, Myanmar, or to individuals and entities restricted by U.S. export controls and sanctions, and is void in any other nation, state, or province where prohibited or restricted by U.S. or local law. In addition, the Challenge is void in, and not open to residents of the Quebec Province of Canada.
