Character info
Series/Fandom: Yugioh 5Ds
Character's Name: Crow "The Bullet" Hogan
Character's Sex: Male
Character's Age: 14-15
Canon point: Post-Pearson's death (flashback in eps. 94-95)
Abilities: Stealing: Crow is very good at stealing. It's pretty much his day job. If it's not hammered to the floor, he will find a way to take it.
Quickness: Crow is extremely quick and agile. Using his quickness he can fake people out and confuse them, especially during a chase, where he can trick and lose people easily using his speed.
Fighting: Crow knows good old-fashioned street fighting. Anyone who is a trained fighter will likely be able to take him down, but he can still give a good fight regardless.
Dueling: In the unlikelihood that a fellow duelist would end up alongside him, Crow is incredibly good at Duel Monsters. While he has yet to master the deck just recently bequeathed to him, he's very good at figuring out how to use deck and to make strategies with said cards to win against opponents.
Background:
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Crow_Hogan Appearance: Crow is short short short. He wears an orange sleveless shirt under a brown sleeveless vest, green pants, black fingerless gloves, black arm clasps and brown boots, along with a duel disk (most of the time). His most prominent features, however, is his very orange hair which stands up on end (and is wrapped at his hairline by a blue headband) and the yellow M-shaped criminal mark on his forehead. He also has greyish-blue eyes.
Crow is the short guy on the left Personality: The brief version: Crow "the Bullet" Hogan is a...pistol. Ha ha.
The long version: Crow Hogan is to Yuusei Fudou what Katsuya Jounouchi was to Yugi Mutou - the comic relief, the punk who does the things he does for a reason - be it for his kids or pride or both. And he's a fierce friend who will always be by Yuusei's side.
Well...sort of. Not really, yet. At this point in time Crow is no longer with Yuusei or Jack, due to the disintegration of Team Satisfaction and the arrest of their leader, Kyosuke. Despite that, he has fond memories of those good times when he and his friends tried to better the lives of the people of Satellite. Even after things went horribly wrong and Crow ended up leaving the group at one point, regardless he tried to see Kyosuke in jail after his arrest, though he was always turned away and eventually thought his former leader dead. Still, the team had tried to do something for those people, which was more than what most people would do and what almost anyone in charge actually did.
Indeed, the isolation of Satellite from the rest of the world and the subjugation of its people for the benefit of the rich and powerful who lived in Neo-Domino City has made Crow, not to be too punny, a tough bird. Having grown up in appalling circumstances for a good part of his life, Crow has little fear regarding almost anything, or at the least he is good at hiding it; he's cocky and extremely confident of everything he does and dives in head-first into danger, using quickness and trickery (even if it ends up looking goofy) to get out of jams, if it presents itself. He's especially not scared or respectful of Security (who has done so much to him and his friends), or of any authority (well, almost any authority...), or worried of being arrested for stealing, having already been marked once. Given the life he's forced to live he's more than willing to break the law if it means he stand up for what he thinks is right, accomplish what he's always wanted to do. And in his life there's only been three major things Crow's wanted to do: better the lives of the kids of Satellite, fulfill the legend of Daedelus Bridge, and of course play Duel Monsters to make everything possible, which connects to the first two goals.
The first wish is due to his upbringing and the circumstances of life in Satellite. He was among the countless orphans of Satellite without guidance, without help, without proper food or clothing or even real names due to Zero Reverse. It was through duel cards and with the help of other kids who also found cards in the junk heaps, that he learned how to read and do math. It was also through the kids that he found his mother figure, Martha (who is the only authority figure he does fear in some way, but trust us, it's in a good way), who raised him and gave him stability and knowledge. It was through her Crow learned how to take care of others, as well as himself. It's his wish for the kids he finds to have a better life that he uses his skills to do what he does - and he cares for those poor very much, as they are part of what he lives for. In fact, most of the things he steals are specifically for the kids in his care; he's basically their only breadwinner because no one else will help them. Hence, it's a very bad idea to do anything to any of the kids under his wing, unless one wants a very angry Crow to come and beat the everloving crap out of them.
The second wish ties to the first - to better the lives of people in Satellite, particularly the kids - but it also ties to a dream nearly everyone in Satellite possesses, and also to a dead friend of Crow's, Robert Pearson. It's his deck that Crow now has, and Pearson's D-Wheel, Blackbird, is based upon the D-Wheel of the mysterious man who tried to build a bridge between Satellite and Neo-Domino City, only to fly off of the bridge when Security tried to stop him. It's a legend that's persisted, and it gives hope to people who want to get out of Satellite. It's also something Crow wishes to fulfill, both for himself and for Pearson: to be able to fly off the island just like his namesake and to show those kids in Satellite that anyone can make it out of Satellite and become whatever they want to be.
As for himself, Crow's long-time dream has been to get out of Satellite and become a great duelist, but he knows he has a long, long way to go. Nevertheless, he doesn't plan on giving up on himself or his kids, and has decided that he doesn't care how long it takes him, but he will escape - for Crow, nothing is a question of 'if'. Because if there is no way, there's no hope, and Crow refuses to believe anything is hopeless.

Action/Journal Sample: [The voice that comes from this particular communique doesn't sound old at all. In fact, he sounds younger than most of people that have probably come thus far to Traverse Town. Nevertheless there is a very assured air to his voice - for it is a boy - as he speaks. Almost cocky. And maybe just a little disdainful.]
School, huh? Pretty funny how you want me to go to school, after everyone told me I wasn't worth the time.
[A huff of disbelief.]
Seriously, do I look like a moron to you people? I know what you're all about. What your 'schools' really are. 'S just a codename for prison. If you Security chumps think you can trick Crow the Bullet with this fancy shmancy 'world got blown up' movie set and arrest him, you're in for a real surprise. Though this phone's kinda cool. Think I'm gonna take it.
[At this, a confused Moogle voice echoes through the background.]
B-but, kupo, that is yours to keep-
Also these fuzzy animatronic duel monster surveillance things? Nice try, but I can outrun 'em any day. So, don't bother tryin' to find me, 'cuz once I finish talking I'm gonna take this thing apart and sell the pieces! Could pay for some decent meals, after all. But first--
A-AH! K-KUPO, DON'T-WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH--
HA! Just you try and stop me!--
[And with that the transmission cuts off.]
RP Sample: So the little Kupo thingy wasn't mechanical. After poking it a few times, Crow let it go, ignoring the indignant protests of the creature of his manhandling it. Well, so much for that. But he wasn't convinced, not yet. He was certain this was all a trick. It wouldn't be the first time Security had tried to catch him, after all.
...One heck of an attempt, though.
As Crow looked around, certain things stood out. This movie set - or whatever it was, a big building? - was filled with the kind of buildings that one would see in a kid's film, the kind Martha would show them on a rare occasion. The people in it - which he hid from - seemed well-fed and well-dressed, indicating they certainly were not from Satellite. It had to be a trick. The whole "your world is lost" stuff was bogus, because why would he be the only one left? He certainly wasn't worth saving according to most. And it made him wonder.
Hmm. A grin began to spread across his face. They must be desperate to catch me f they're employing this kind of insane trickery.
His thoughts were broken off as he dashed to hide from a group of passerbys. As he peeked his head up, he couldn't resist fliching a small bag off of one of them - which contained money. Crow's grin widened, becoming an expression of self-congratulatory joy. This was enough, more than enough to feed all of his orphans, three times a day, for a week! What idiots these Security people were!
Well, I've got some good loot. Looking left and right to make sure the coast was clear, Crow began to sprint across the street. Now to find the exit to this place...
Notes: Aside from the fact he's got a flying motorcycle possibly floating around out there? Nothing.
