Here we go again

I love how two entries ago, on September 10, I'm like "I can't promise that I'll continue updating, but I have a feeling I'll stick around for a bit."

Riiiiiight.

Anyways, some people suggested that I update, so I will, in lieu of packing up and cleaning my room. For those of you who don't know (ha), I'm leaving for Rome on January 31st. Dan is moving into my room tomorrow, as per our agreement that I'd live in the house while he was in Copenhagen and at Christmas we'd switch. I'm living with Bethany for the three weeks until my departure, so I can still work and hang out in Bloomington. I also want to sit in on an Italian conversation class, to get back into the Italian mode (I've taken four semesters already), but I haven't looked into it yet. I should do that, since classes start on Monday...

I get back May 31st, and I'll be spending the summer here in Bloomington as well, back in the house. Then I'm moving into an apartment with my sister (yay!) who is transferring from Miami of OH and will be a sophomore. I love her to death, she is a wonderful person. So is my littlest sister Megan, who is a freshman in high school. Much love to them.

Ummm I should be packing right now. I know I annoy Mark when I complain about having to do stuff instead of actually doing it. I'll work on that, because it annoys me too. But it does seem to be a LOT easier to complain about shit when you have a significant other, because they're around so much and I want to express everything I'm feeling, at least most of the time. So the point is, I need to make the decision and stick with it: either do your shit, or don't do it and be happy with your choice.

On that note, I'm going to turn up the music and take care of my room. Mark and I are playing racquetball at 7, then I'm going to Target to buy a baby shower gift for tomorrow. Mark and I are also having dinner and a movie tomorrow. We can't decide upon anything really. Suggestions? Maybe the Crazy Horse? We'll probably see The Life Aquatic, but it could be sold out. The Incredibles? Lemony Snicket? Who knows.

I truly hope everyone had a happy holiday. This one was one of my best, I think.
