Bacon and Radish Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
-4 Cups Vegetable Broth (one container of the boxed organic kind)
-2 Cups Water

-2-3 Cloves Minced Garlic
-1 Celery Stalk
-2 Carrots
-½ Yellow Onion
-4-6 Red Radishes
-1 Package Pasta (take a look at Trader Joe’s, they have some great noodles for soups)
-1 Chicken Breast (2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce)
-5 Slices Bacon

Directions:
1. Chop chicken and bacon into bite-sized pieces
2. Heat oil in small frying pan on medium, add chicken
