We've all been waiting for the Fall Season around here. The temperatures are unsteadily dropping and everyone in my house has been battling allergies. We needed soup. No, we needed Bacon and Radish Chicken Noodle Soup. Soup really can make everything better.
Bacon and Radish Chicken Noodle Soup

The Realistic Housewife! Bacon and Radish Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
-4 Cups Vegetable Broth (one container of the boxed organic kind)
-2 Cups Water
-4 Tomatoes (came down from the cabin for us since we didn’t get a garden in this year)
-2-3 Cloves Minced Garlic
-1 Celery Stalk
-2 Carrots
-½ Yellow Onion
-4-6 Red Radishes
-1 Package Pasta (take a look at Trader Joe’s, they have some great noodles for soups)
-1 Chicken Breast (2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce)
-5 Slices Bacon
Directions:
1. Chop chicken and bacon into bite-sized pieces
2. Heat oil in small frying pan on medium, add chicken
3. Add soy sauce to pan when you flip halfway through (3-4 minutes)
4. Cook bacon in large pan until crispy
5. Chop vegetables finely
6. Add liquids and vegetables into dutch oven or slow cooker
7. Add uncooked pasta
8. Simmer for at least 3 hours
