YUM. That looks awesome. I'll have to try it. Bet you could puree it and have a creamier tomato-y soup, too! I'm way into my immersion blender, haha.

And I grew up in Wisconsin but now live in California.... I don't know how I could ever go back to Wisconsin winters! Brrr. I get cold when the weather dips here, but at least it's only a month or two, and it's never THAT bad.

Ooh, pureeing it sounds yummy! And then maybe a grilled cheese on the side?! If you try the immersion blender on it, let me know how it goes!

I cannot even believe people live in Wisconsin. I CAN'T FATHOM IT. I mean, don't get me wrong -- I'm sure it's a fantastic state. They're known for cheese, for goodness' sake. BUT THE COLD...
