Ladurée Vanilla Eclairs
My family adores profiteroles and eclairs, so when I recently purchased a copy of the Ladurée cookbook, I was immediately grabbed by the recipe for vanilla eclairs. I've been using the Pierre Hermes choux pastry recipe for years, but after trying this one, there's no way I'll look back!
