thoughts on bakeries

does anyone here own a bakery? i am getting a tickle in my head to open a bakery with my sisters and would like to know how much of a pain in the rear it is to own one. i like to bake, but i'm not sure if i like to bake THAT MUCH. any advice would be nice.
