Money Bags
Went to the Thai restaurant in Lake Arrowhead, CA, Papaya Bay, and decided to break away from our usual chicken satay appetizer and try something new.
These are called "Money Bags". I'd never had them before but they're so adorable! They're little fried parcels filled with a peanut paste, chicken, and some corn. They're served with a sweet chili sauce for dipping. Definitely going to be doing these again.
