Easy Madeleines

I am a huge fan of madeleines and I thought I had a pretty good recipe down.  Then I saw a different recipe that looked even easier.  So I melded the two together and here you have the easiest madeleines ever!  I even left the mixture to rest for 24 hours due to running out of gas and they were still deliciously light little morsels of yum!  I admit I ate 5 of them fresh out of theoven without even noticing.  Everyone at work went nuts over how cute they were so I urge everyone to give into one more piece of kitchen paraphenalia and get a madeleine tin, you won't regret it!
