Fish Tacos + Mexican-spiced Chocolate Cake

I have reclaimed Mondays for the living. Everyone hates a Monday - even if you don't have an actual Monday to hate, you have to start back to work after a break at some point. No one is immune from Monday... UNTIL NOW.

i don't know! i've never baked with splenda. you could give it a try - the other ingredients are all cheap!

I would say forget the splenda and bake it with xylitol!

It's 100% natural, completely safe for human consumption, safe for diabetics, tastes JUST like sugar (rather than that diety taste you get with splenda), and when you bake with it you use the same ammount of xylitol you would have used with the sugar!!

I searched the post and couldn't find the answer so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm just curious what size pan you baked it in? It looks round, so 8"?

something like that. it may have been 9" - a springform. but any old pan will do!
