Butter.
I know it's hard to tell from the picture alone - my batteries are dying and I'm hoping to get pictures of the hot air balloons that's gonna happen tomorrow (or next month I can't remember when now) so I just quickly took a shot and then closed it down -but the log is HUGE.
Amish butter, you guys. Half a log remaining. (Now there's just a tad bit left. Most of this went in the cupcake recipe.)
I wish I had more. It's just a little hard to measure it out for cooking.
