This was the first time I've ever made tacos that were anything other than ground beef/turkey. They were so good, even my husband prefers them to regular tacos. I'm pretty sure that the pickled cabbage I made really put them over the top - it was the perfect topping for them. The shrimp were just cooked with a spice mixture on them of salt, pepper, cumin and cayenne, although I think that next time they could use something else. What does everyone else use, or what would you suggest?
