I made these for my boyfriend this past weekend and he loved them. I was pleasantly surprised that they were not greasy at all. We just recently went to a really nice restaurant in Hartford, CT and they had blue cheese fritters. Neither of us were fans of the blue cheese, so I looked for something more simple.
This recipe made quite a few of these little cheese fritters drops. in my opinion it can feed more than 6.
