I have just started making these, too! They are so great!

Also, people might jump on me for saying this, but I am SO OVER the cupcake. People show up with some nasty dry-ass white Duncan Heinz box cake cupcakes with pink Betty Crocker frosting and they're like, "LOOK I MADE CUPCAKES!!" and you're supposed to go, "Ooo! Awesome!"

These tiny cheesecakes are my way of getting over cupcake ennui.
