Yesterdays lunch was a Spicy-Sweet Tuna Melt.
The experience: The bread is the first thing to notice: crunchy on the outside but still soft and warm towards the center. The tuna is carried by a salty-sweet and creamy combination that turns into a peppery heat from the cayenne and black pepper. The creamyness of the tuna is enhanced by the cheese and avocado atop the melt. Post nom-noms, the cayenne heat and that nutty/sweet/smooth/mellow taste that only avocado can leave behind hang on the tongue.
