Foie Gras Burger (Singapore)
The best dish that evening has to be the foie gras burger. Two little mini burgers. The homemade beef pattie was done to perfection…medium rare…full of flavour and so juicy! The foie gras portion in the burger was generous…the caramelized onions…was sooooooooooo good! A very well put together burger. My mouth is watering just thinking about the burger. At SG$22 for 2 mini burgers, it was very reasonable. Served with a portion of yummy fries to boot!
