Grilled and Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with Gorgonzola The steak was good, though I expected more flavor from the "brandied mushrooms." The stuffed portobello mushrooms were ridiculously fantastic, and you should go make them right now!! I baked my portobellos for 9 minutes at 425 degrees instead of grilling them, but they were still delicious.
