I marinated these little babies 3 days in advance, of course you do not need to go to that extent, overnight will do. I marinated them in advance, and kind off forgot about them. It wasn't a planned thing. I am not THAT organized. It worked out well…cos when I took the marinated chops out of the fridge, they had turned a dark shade of brown…they absorbed a fair bit of the marinade. YUMMS!
The actual prep and cooking of this pork chop dish took all of 15 minutes, and it was really delish. Nice and tangy. You can increase the chilli in your dish, but dad’s chilli tolerance is pretty horrid, so I used a seeded chilli. Please go mad on the chilli if you are a chilli fiend.
Serve this with some nice stir fried veggies and steam white rice and you are all set for a nice delicious meal that took all of 20 minutes to prepare if you include cleanup.
