Sushi dinner... Picture heavy!

Tako (Octopus) salad. A mixed mesclun with octopus, pickled radish, tobiko in a light tangy dressing.



Annabelle and I had a Jesus Toast moment when we saw an image of a fish in our octopus salad.





Next up was the Tuna Tataki. Pan-seared tuna with a spicy soy and sesame sauce with fresh tobiko. The tuna was as fresh as can be.





Mackerel grilled, topped with ginger, garlic and scallions. Drizzled with a sweet soy based glaze, "Saba" encompasses every sense of the word "victory".







Spider roll (fried soft-shell crab), The rainbow - which features three types of tuna. Ika, Amaebi and Hamachi Sashimi, (squid, sweet shrimp and yellow tail tuna).





The second round was made up of a chicken tempura maki, shrimp tempura maki as well as the Unagi maki.









Tempura shrimp, with smoked salmon, cream cheese and tobiko, wrapped in a soy bean wrapper with a spicy mayo dipping sauce.





Beef Sashimi, topped with Garlic with lemon zest and scallions, the lightly seared beef was splashed with a lemon juice dressing.
