This is unlike any fried chicken that you've ever come across. And as for whether it's any good...well, the local Korean fried chicken store owner had some of my mother's recipe a few months ago and wanted to throw his own away and to sell her version!
Yes, it's time-consuming and somewhat labour-intense to make...but I think the final result is well worth it :)
