LOOOOBSTER! And crab! Barely 4 hours out of the water. You simply cannot get any fresher than from the fisherman to you to your table.

Yep. Two lobsters a piece, about 2 lb a peice. And then rock crabs. I feel extraordinarily fat and full. :)
My grandfather has a friend who is a lobster fisher, and he traded some of his steamer clams and quahogs for them. So fresh that the guy hauled them out of the water, having fished them up earlier in the day. Just can't get any better than this.
I love visiting my family. Good New England food.
I'm gonna go eat pie now. Homemade with handpicked Maine blueberries.
